Privacy policy
For now, P50 Analytics is a wait list. This page explains the little we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Last updated 17 October 2026
Who we are
P50 Analytics (p50analytics.com) is run by Daria Burak, an individual based in Kazakhstan. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Daria Burak, who is responsible for your personal data (the “controller”, in data protection terms). You can reach us at help@p50analytics.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you join the wait list. When you sign up, we send you a confirmation link and store nothing: the link itself carries your address, encrypted. Your address goes on our list only after you press Confirm.
- Your messages, if you write to us. That means your email address, your name if your email shows it, what you write, and any attachments.
- Technical data, when you visit. Like any website, our host receives your IP address, your browser type and the pages you request, and keeps them in server logs for a short time. To stop abuse, the signup form also counts recent attempts per IP address and per email address (stored as a one-way hash) for up to an hour.
We don’t use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or tracking pixels. Our fonts load from this site, not from a third party. We don’t track whether you open our emails or click their links.
How we use it
- To send you the confirmation email and, once you confirm, emails about the launch of P50 Analytics.
- To answer your messages.
- To run the site and protect it and our list from abuse.
We don’t sell or rent your personal data, share it for advertising, use it to train AI models, or make automated decisions about you with it. In the terms of US state privacy laws, we don’t “sell” or “share” personal information.
Our legal bases
If you’re in the European Economic Area or the UK, the GDPR asks us to name these:
- Consent for the wait list. You give it by confirming your address, and you can take it back at any time.
- Legitimate interests for answering your messages and for keeping the site secure.
Who handles it for us
- Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) sends our emails, stores the wait list and receives mail sent to help@p50analytics.com. Resend’s privacy policy.
- Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA) hosts this website. Vercel’s privacy policy.
- Our email provider holds the mailbox where we read and answer messages sent to help@p50analytics.com.
They process your data only to provide their service to us. We would also disclose it if the law required us to.
Where it goes
Your data is processed in the United States, where our providers run their services, and in Kazakhstan, where we are. If you’re in the European Economic Area or the UK, transfers to our providers rely on the safeguards in their data processing terms, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Wait list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we close the wait list, whichever comes first.
- Signups never confirmed: nothing is stored, and the link stops working after 48 hours.
- Messages: as long as we need them to deal with what you asked, then we delete them.
- Server logs: for the short period our host keeps them.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop or limit what we do with it;
- take back your consent to the wait list.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. For anything else, write to help@p50analytics.com. We answer within one month. If you’re in the European Economic Area or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
P50 Analytics is for game developers and isn’t meant for anyone under 16. If we learn that someone under 16 has joined the wait list, we delete their address.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, confirmation links are encrypted, and only we can see the wait list. No system is perfectly secure, though. If something goes wrong that affects your data, we’ll tell you.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we’ll email the wait list before it takes effect.
